The actual service was OK (slow, but alright), but the waiting room experience has gone downhill. I was in there the first day the new waiting area opened a year and a half or so ago, and it was pleasant...lots of drinks and snacks, TV on at a low level. This week, the TV was blaring loudly, no snacks anywhere to be seen, not enough seating.

Service reps are always responsive, always return calls promptly, always explains issues thoroughly, always gives options... if a problem needs urgent reoir, or can wait till next visit, and always works with you on ensuring transportation, even may arrange a ride if needed. The environment was pleasant. The service was prompt. Grant was excellent. Spending money on repairs is never pleasant, but sometimes necessary. My car does not seem to be repaired as expected,but I am honestly afraid to bring it back because of additional cost. As pretty as everything was, I don't have confidence in the mechanical repair.
