I'm very frustrated with the entire process of owning this car. I came to Volvo after having a horrible experience with GM only to find an even worse experience with Volvo. I've already had to receive a brand-new car and I already have problems with that one too. Part of me thinks you should take the XC 90 off the market place until you figured out how to make it work without the customer having to take it into the shop every week for a software update that takes three days to implement. Although I'm thankful to Phillip the sales manager at Volvo of Marietta I'm very disappointed in the senior management team and how I've had all these problems without even so much as a courtesy call. And the problems continue.

2015 XC60 50,000 mile service check . Service staff as always met my standard.

Promptly taken care of when we arrived and the recall work was completed on time as we were told. This was the first time the car was in for maintenance and we were very pleased.

I have owned Volvo cars for the last 22 years. I always have excellent customer service in the service department. Grant Nierling is the service advisor that I always request to help me because he is so good about communicating and helping me understand what the diagnosis of my car means. I have always had excellent customer service on my XC-90 at Volvo of Marietta with Grant as the service advisor that I prefer. The rest of the staff in the service department are also helpful and courteous.

We love our new XC90 T8! Brian and Tommy have been fantastic all along the way.
