Difficult to make an appt through the car prompts - it did not interface with this dealership The software update messed up the locking mechanism - my car does not lock properly I have to go back to dealership & take time off of work ! No good!

I was frustrated that I had an 11 AM appt for repair of my gear shift which was not done because there were too many other vehicles being serviced and not enough mechanics so I had to drive back to Rome then come back the next day, a 90 minute drive each way.

I purchased a XC90 T6 in April of 2016. I love this car and actually live in it as I was in last week for 20k miles check up. Pete was, as always, extremely helpful and thorough. He knows what I need as well as my car! I drive 70 miles to use the dealership and feel it is worth it!
