I don't know where to begin. This being my fourth Volvo, I have been dealing with Grant Neirling since approx. the last 13 years, when he was still at Nalley Volvo. My dealings with Grant over the past have always been top notch. Last week when my car broke down,(which it never has before) I was enroute to the emergency room at Gwinnett Medical Duluth Hospital, because my 82 year ol mom was having a heart attack. My car would not start, not even turn over, so I called a Roadside service, got it jumped, and called Grant and he said don't turn it off and take your mom to hospital, and then come straight here. My sister was able to meet us at hospital, I started to Marietta in 4pm traffic, and when I arrived, Grant had my paperwork ready to just sign, he gave me a beautiful Volvo SUV, and had me back at hospital in an hour......I was able to pickup my car thenext day and he had did my maintainence and fixed my problem, washed my car, and even had things done I did not know needed done. Marietta Volvo should be very proud to have employee's like Grant Neirling representing their company. I currently have a s60 t5 2013, and will be back to buy a new Volvo next year, because of service like this. Grant,I thank you very much! You are top notch and my mom thanks you also. Excellent service and amazing vehicle!

Servicing our XC-90 was a great experience. Our service advisor (Pete Gallagher) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained in layman's terms all that was to be done to the automobile. Very efficient operation. Thank you.

My serviceman was very helpful. I called several times about my tire replacement and he was patient with many questions. He was honest with the time the service would take.
