Recent windshield leak was handled wonderfully.

THE SERVICE WAS NOT AS MY PREVIOUS SERVICES. I ASKED THAT CERTAIN THINGS BE DONE & THEY WERE NOT. BUT I WAS BASICALLY CHARGED $400 FOR A ROUTINE MAINTENCE SERVICE. MY HUSBAND TOOK THE CAR IN & LEFT IT HE SIGN THE SERVICE AGREEMENT UPON RETURNING HOME HE CALLED BACK & ASKED THAT WE BE NOTIFIED BEFORE ANY WORK IS COMPLETED BECAUSE WE HAD DEATH IN THE FAMILY & WAS TOLD THAT WAS ROUTINE & WE WOULD BE. WE EVENTUALLY GOT A CALL SAYING THE WORK WAS DONE , COME PICK UP THE CAR & IT WAS $400. UPON QUESTIONING WHY THE WORK WAS DONE WITHOUT THE CALL BACK WE WERE TOLD BECAUSE HE ORIGINALLY SIGNED THE SERVICE ORDER. AND WE REALLY HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY BECAUSE WE NEEDED THE CAR TO GO OUT OF STATE

Ken was very helpful and well informed. Grateful for the loaner - it allowed me to work without any significant limitations on my business. One snafu delayed the complaint of serice: Computer updates were complicated by connectivity issues, but overall a good experience.

I have driven Volvo more than 15 years, the Volvo that I presently have is the first one that the service representative (Steve) has helped me follow and keep up with what is going on with the car. I really appreciate that service, since I do not know much of the mechanics of cars.

The primary cause of a problem is always the goal of the maintenance department. The repairs are long lasting. The service personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. The service is high quality. I own a Volvo 940 wagon.
