Very disappointed that I had to fill up tires with air, the day after a complete service with tire rotation. Wondering what else Volvo did not check. Terrible service

Good service experience. Prompt and courteous, and when I explained that I needed the car back the next morning for carpool, they were able to get it done the same day. I also appreciate the loaner car, but the specific white with tan interior Volvo XC 60 loaner needs a good thorough interior cleaning… overall a very positive service experience, just like I experience at Jim Ellis Audi, and I will definitely continue to recommend your services to others.

It was along wait but warned of that - waiting room was good!!! Wifi was up and down - ended up using a hot spot

We had some trouble starting our car and my husband just drove it in to service. They fit us in and fixed our problem as well as doing an early service. We were so pleased.

The dealership and service center are top notch. The call center with the 855 number to schedule a service appointment is much to be desired. The person I spoke to was curt and rude and as it turned out did not actually schedule my appointment nor did she email me my confirmation. It is frustrating to not be able to call the service department directly as a first time service user, I had no contact information except looking it up on the internet. I advise they retrain or get rid of the call center which seems to have no vested interest in their customers.

I have been going to your delearship to get my 2011 C70 serviced. My customer service experience has always been positive most especially with Pete Gallagher. My only concern is on the cost of service. Given that it's a dealership, I guess it's really more expensive in comparison with alternative providers.
