We purchased a XC90 in September. This is our first Volvo product. We needed several updates taken care of. When we arrived Pete had looked this over and saw more to take care of during this visit. As this was our first visit to the service department Pete personally saw that our needs were taken care of. He was very professional in taking care of us with a loaner car as the updates were going to take more time than we first thought. I have his direct line and will call him for my next appt.
