I had a generally good experience. The staff was nice, and everything seems to be ok with my car. However, the waiting room situation is horrible. The daytime TV blaring in the waiting room is incredibly annoying, and distractive to those who are trying to work. The service rep was nice enough to point me to the showroom to sit, but you should really either get rid of the TV in the waiting room or put a separate quiet room in.

Although I wasn't happy about the news my XC60 needed some unexpected repairs, Pete and the entire service staff were great. Friendly, communicative and they kept their word when it was time to get the car back to me.
