Grant (service advisor) is good to deal with and helpful. However, the prices for service are too high - and my car seemingly needs some $1K-2K (and higher) level of service every time that I bring it in. It's gotten ridiculous and I will look for other alternatives for service for the vehicle (2007 Volvo C70) moving forward.

It was a recall on the 2016 Volvo XC90, but my particular vehicle had no problems. My service advisor, Grant NIerling, also updated software to correct minor issues. I was given a loaner car during the process. Grant and the service department technicians did a great job as usual. Thanks also to the ladies who checked me in and out.

The Ken is always helpful. Its always a pleasure working with him. I hate the price of simple service jobs. I feel like they take longer than they should.
