Staff was very kind in the service department. Only downside was the very crowded, cramped parking lot.

Todd is an excellent service advisor! He explains everything going on, looks for discounts or coupons to help reduce cost and gets things done spot on time.

Tommy did a great job, I got what I wanted and at the price I wanted. I purchased an 2017 XC60 that is certified pre-owned, so not only did I save some money, but I got a great warranty. While I waited for the car to be washed and gassed, several people kept me informed of what was going on. While I suspect having a pre-approved loan contributed to my experience, I can honestly say this was the smoothest and shortest time period I have taken to get the purchase of a car done. GREAT JOB!!
