Excellent Service

Informed of service to be performed, finished on time--Todd is fine

The sales rep allowed the car to sell itself, no pressure. Tommy Fain was knowledgeable of the xc60 2016 and personable.

I made the appointment on line. Arrived and was greeted quickly by Todd. He was very professional providing information about the service to be performed and assured me there would be no charges. He advised that the expected wait would be about 1 hour and then directed me to the very comfortable waiting area offering coffee and other refreshments. After about 1 hour, Todd came back to inform me that the service was complete, the vehicle was in wash and would be ready in about 15 minutes. Nice!! He further informed me that there was a recall on the seat belts and that they had checked and cleared my car. Nice!! We signed the paperwork, shook hands and I was on my way-a happy camper! Thank you to Todd and the team at Jim Ellis Volvo of Marietta!

Tommie Fain was a very enjoyable person to buy a car from. He was thoroughly versed on each car and was very careful not to push into something I didn't d not want. I would buy from again if the opportunity presented itself.

Pete always is very helpful in service! I also like dealing with the same service advisor. There is a continuity of care & service that I trust. I sincerely appreciate Pete!!!
