My car is never clean, never, when your team "washes" it. In addition to visible dust on the dash, there'a often dirt left on it, which tells me doing a job well is not a priority. Never had this issue at Acura

I waited for 2 and a half hours to have my battery replaced for the second time since June of 2014. I have owned 2 other Volvo"s before buying the XC60 that I am currently driving. I was very disappointed to learn that Volvo is currently being sued over the battery killing satellite radio feature that has directly caused me to have to buy a new battery several times and pay to have my car towed and jump started. I was told I could pay $161.85 to update the RADA feature only to discover this is integrated into the vehicle's electrical system and cannot actually be turned off. I was shocked to also learn all Volvo's made since 2008 have this defective feature installed. I have been a loyal Volvo customer for over 25 years and do not understand why Volvo is effectively holding its customers hostage by refusing to install the software upgrade without a charge of hundreds of dollars to repair a defective device that is unnecessary for the car's safe operation and is, in many cases , simply unwanted.
