Mr. Pete in service was a joy to work with. He kept me informed of what they were doing with my vehicle. He provided me with a proper time line of when my vehicle would be fixed and met that deadline. The provided me with a loner vehicle so I was not too inconvenienced. All in all a great visit.

I made it as easy as possible. I spoke to the salesman three times ahead of coming in. I called one hour before I arrived to say I would be there in an hour. Yet somehow the salesman was 10 minutes away when I arrived. I knew my trade in value the new car price and even offered a good price. I paid cash I brought my title. Yet somehow it took 4 hours. I have bought from dyer and dyer three times and would not go to you again.

Grant Nierling was helpful, efficient, and eager to understand and get everything in perfect order. We try to keep our cars in good condition, and he makes that possible. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and they always opened the doors for me as we went to different parts of the service area.

Todd was great and very helpful. Originally the wrong part was ordered, so I was a bit frustrated to sit there waiting for an hour and a half for it to be fixed, only to be given a loaner car and then to have to come back the next day. However, the staff was very courteous and helpful and went out of their way to keep me updated.
