7 = Neutral I brought in my 2007 Volvo s60 for 112,500-mile service. I made an appointment and arrived to that appointment early. I did not hear from anyone all day and when I returned to pick up my car, no work had been done (my car was forgotten about despite the appointment). I was offered to keep the loaner car overnight and was offered excellent flexibility in regards to returning the loaner and picking up my vehicle (due to the Thanksgiving holiday). Being able to keep the loaner was excellent customer service, but I do think more of a discount should have been offered to me in light of the huge inconvenience of returning to the dealership twice.

I didn't have an appointment and it was Thanksgiving week;however they were able to quickly fit me in and get me on my way with a loaner car. They kept me updated as to the completion status! It was great! Thank you Mr. Pete
