Ken Neff always goes above and beyond. He makes sure that when I bring my car in for service every thing is done right and exactly as I ask. Out of all the dealerships I use or have used, it's the only one where I don't worry about my car after it has left my sight.

When arriving my check engine light was not on after i had the oil change and was ready to pull off I notice the engine light was on when i informed them about they want to charge me for a diagnostics test but i stated that was right due to the fact it wasn't on until they changed the oil so he did do the reading but did not let me see what the codes read myself so I had to take his word as it what codes and sensors was coming up.

The service department is always very friendly and helpful. They make it easy for us with our service.maintenance agreement on file and make sure any warranty repairs are taken care of. I ALWAYS have a great experience with the Volvo/Marietta service department.

It was my first 10,000 mile service. When we made appointment we asked length of time it would take as I had an appointment to make following the service. I was told 1/2 hr. maximum. When I arrived at 7:45 a.m. for an 8:00 a.m. appointment, I asked again and was told 1 hr. - 1hr 15 minutes. At 9:00 a.m. I went to my service manager and asked how much longer it would be. Was told it was finished, waiting to be washed. Told them I had to leave at 9:30 a.m. at the latest. At 9:15 a.m. they told me washing was backed up and I could come back any time to get the vehicle washed. The floor mat inside driver's was soiled with grease. In other dealerships, service technicians, place a paper mat so as not to track grease inside vehicles. The lack of attention to detail is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
