At Nalley Volvo, Grant was my service person so I was thrilled that Jim Ellis kept him! I also remembered Todd being very nice. They both are very courteous and willing to explain everything in detail. Grant was out when I arrived for my appointment and had left my info with Todd. While Todd was finishing with someone else, Pete stepped in and helped me. He was very prompt and thorough! My car was finished Friday before lunch but I couldn't bring in loaner until Saturday morning. Todd was very nice about that. Then when Saturday came, my 89 year old mother fell and suffered broken ribs. On the way to hospital that morning, I called Todd and he was extremely nice about me not getting back till Monday. I had come to expect nothing less from Jim Ellis Volvo and was made to feel completely as ease about still having their loaner car.
