Brian Nowlin is such an asset to Jim Ellis Volvo. He went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase and was such a pleasure to work with. I am normally very nervous about such a big decision but he was wonderful and explained everything too me, including taking the time to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles on my new S60. Love, love, love him!!

Besides the financing piece taking a little while longer than expected (being 4th in line can make that happen) and having to walk to the Mazda dealership to run my debit card for a down payment (really?), the delivery experience went well and the team was extremely hospitable.
