Todd is great, always helpful, always there for me when I have an issue, which is seldom. Took me in on Saturday, had the car ready and washed in one hour. Great service. You need to have a breakfast bar set up though for those of us who come early. I had to go to Starbucks first. BMW and MERCEDES both have little restaurants. Just a suggestion. Monica Marshall

Todd Mille is always gracious and helpful. The service is always excellent, however they did not check their work before returning the car to me. They left the panel, which is very visible, unattached and I needed to return the following day to get it back in place. No apology given. I was disappointed to learn that I will need to replace my tires at approximately 20,000 to 25,000 miles. I didn't see that in the tire warranty book. Not good!

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and courteous as well. I had 10k maintenance done, and it went great.

I waited 4 1\2 hours for my car to get fixed, drove home and had to return the next day for the same problem (not happy at all)
