My appointment time was honored and took no longer than I was quoted on the phone. I asked a question about one of the features on the vehicle and the intake manager explained it to me and promised to make sure it was working correctly. They made adjustments to a piece of trim around the door that had a sharp edge and would cut or scratch my hand when I brushed against it. I appreciated that they washed and vacuumed my car. The only thing I didn't like is that they put a service reminder sticker in my windshield. Between the notifications from the car itself, the phone call from the dealer and from Volvo, and an email I think I'm not likely to forget! Vehicle serviced was a Volvo XC90 2016
