This was my 115,00 maintenance. Todd Miley has been my service technician for several years. He always quotes me the cost, which is always correct. I know when to expect my car being ready. If there is a problem, he immediately calls me. He even goes over the work completed, stays with me while paying, and takes me to my car. It is also a pleasure to see my car that has been washed and vacuumed. It is the details that matter, and Todd is focused on customer service, and I believe the technicians always try to perform quality service on my car.

I live in another state, and was in town for the weekend of Columbus Day visiting family. I had a problem with my park brakes, and called the repair shop that morning. I got Todd, who gave me an appointment to bring my Volvo in. When I got there, I was taken right in, and Todd asked was there anything else I needed them to do for me. I told him about a shaking issue in the steering wheel which felt like my tires were not balanced, or something. They called me back in about a couple of hours and had things taken care of. It did not take all day, and I wa son the way with teh rest of my day to spend with family. Cudoz to Todd, thanks for the excellent service he and staff provides.

Service was done quickly, all items were addressed for the 30,000 mile SC60 service. Pete was my service manager and showed great concern for my time, since I was waiting and was prompt with updates and or questions or concerns. All work was reviewed and explained. All costs were reviewed prior to service being completed so that there were no surprises, this service was under warranty, so I only paid around $27.00 :))))) Waiting area was comfortable and had very good internet connection for working, with complimentary beverages and snack bars.

Service agent at vehicle drop off was pleasant. Loaner vehicle was a disappointment. We were given a XC60, which was too small. If repairs for our XC90 took a day or two then it would have been manageable, but for one week it's unacceptable. Upon vehicle return, our car cell phone charger was misplaced and never returned to us. Overall, staff was very courteous and helpful.
As always, your service was excellent, and the staff so responsive. We really like Todd Mille. Thank you for taking care of us.
