Overall. I was pretty satisfied with the professionalism of the team and the work done. The only issue I had was the XC60 loaner I got was filthy. The exterior wasn't washed, which I didn't care much. but the inside of the car had food crumbs all over the floor and by the gear shaft.

Pete is honest and straight-forward about how I can maintain my car while doing only what I need and can afford at the time. He helps me plan for future repairs so I'm not surprised. This time it was great. The first time I brought my car there they changed out a front light bulb for me on the passenger side. They charge me the change in the bud here's what I didn't like there's a bracket and they broke it. I didn't notice it until later the next time I took my car there I asked them why is my light shining up what the service guy told me the bracket was broken. I said to him you guys put them the headlight bug in my car the last time I was here therefore you must have broke it and you didn't tell me. He said the bracket is about $400 all he could do was give me a place where I could get it for wholesale. I thought that was unacceptable because I keep records on who does the work for my car that way if something goes wrong ,I know who did it.
