Overall. I was pretty satisfied with the professionalism of the team and the work done. The only issue I had was the XC60 loaner I got was filthy. The exterior wasn't washed, which I didn't care much. but the inside of the car had food crumbs all over the floor and by the gear shaft.

I like the fact that I was able to get and appointment Right away. They were also warm and polite...I really like going to this dealer Ship.

Staff was very responsive and accommodating.

Came in with and unexpected ignition problem… The service department was very diligent in getting the diagnosis for my problem and fixing it.

Expensive

This time it was great. The first time I brought my car there they changed out a front light bulb for me on the passenger side. They charge me the change in the bud here's what I didn't like there's a bracket and they broke it. I didn't notice it until later the next time I took my car there I asked them why is my light shining up what the service guy told me the bracket was broken. I said to him you guys put them the headlight bug in my car the last time I was here therefore you must have broke it and you didn't tell me. He said the bracket is about $400 all he could do was give me a place where I could get it for wholesale. I thought that was unacceptable because I keep records on who does the work for my car that way if something goes wrong ,I know who did it.
