Excellent customer service from the Service Advisor. Very pleased when I bring my Volvo to be serviced. Car is always clean when I leave and they do a great job getting me in and out of there timely.

I took our 2009 Volvo S80 in for a 90,000 mile service and to correct three items: 1) SRS Airbag Service urgent light was on (this had been addressed earlier at other service locations, but light had come on within days of being "fixed" on each occasion); 2) car had difficulty starting; and 3) windshield washer jets were not spraying windshield properly. As of now (approximately two weeks after the service), only the windshield washers remain fixed. The SRS Airbag Service urgent light reappeared less than a week after our service; and the car (after replacing a battery cable wiring harness for over $300) is more difficult to start than when I took the car in.

My car was serviced just fine, I was seen at my appointed time and the service took the time stated. My concern is that the service waiting area was occupied by a customer and her 2 dogs. I am allergic to several allergens and my sinuses became quite irritated. I sat in the furthest corner to minimize my exposure to no avail. Don't get me wrong I love animals, I just don't feel people should be allowed to infringe on other peoples air quality in confined spaces.

This was my second visit to this dealership. I have had a great experience each time. I appreciate the warmth and friendly reception that is present there. Pete Gallagher is a wonderful person to deal with. He explains everything in a very understandable way. He is patient and answers any question. I appreciate the way he tells you to call him if you have any concerns or questions and he does it in a manner that is sincere.
