Todd Mille and the technicians take care of me and my vehicle, though it is a 2007 w/ 135k miles. Todd is the only reason I return. In fact, about 4-5 weeks ago while the car was in for routine service/tire rotation, I ventured up to the new sales showroom. I waited to be recognized at least 10 min. Then I came upon a few other potential buyers - a daughter, her two children who was looking to trade a VW, and her Father. The Father had multiple Volvos and we both commented on the superior service we received from out XC70 models. But his daughter complained that they, like I, waited to be recognized, or even greeted and told to wait because all personnel were busy......crickets. I don't know how they made out, but I turned and left. Note, I had brought the title to my XC70 because I was ready to update to a XC60 or another newer XC70. Nope, I will not buy a vehicle from Jim Ellis Volvo in Marietta. If I have to, I'll purchase elsewhere, and return to the service department to see Todd.

Excellent service, no hassle, fair price. I'm really pleased.

Volvo S60 - staff was great

2016 XC60 platinum. A little bit slow getting all the paper work finished but they were very busy and short handed. Tony C. was the best sales person I have done business with ever, period.
