I had an appointment at 9:30 Sat morning for an oil change. It took two (2) hours. I didn't leave until 11:40am. Waiting 2 hours for an oil change is not acceptable for me. I scheduled the appointment days in advance. If I was a walk-in off the street, then maybe 2 hours is acceptable. Then why make an appointment. I think this dealer can do better.

I was told that my vehicle was to be ready in less than 2 hours and it took over 3.5 hours. I requested a windshield wiper refill replacement and to my surpriseI received an entirely new windshield wiper kit for a cost of $70. The wiper perform excellently now, but I thought that wiper blade refills would be sufficient-unless they were not available in the design? I appreciated the testing and replacement of the car battery under the Volvo parts warrantee. I'm also curious to know more about the 2.0 software upgrade, what were the specific tweaks that were made and the frequency of updates. Ken the service manager was courteous and attentive. He did his best to prod the mechanic to finish work on my car.
