We are very pleased with the performance and superb customer service provided by your staff. Todd, your service manager, expedited action to get our repair costs estimated and parts ordered. He acted in a professional manner at all times. We made a decision to purchase a new 2017 SC 60 instead of paying for repairs on the old car. Tony Craig was your customer rep and helped every step along the way ensuring our needs were met immediately.. He represented your dealership by demonstrating the highest professional customer standards. His friendly, welcoming, and no pressure approach was great! Tony provided his contact information to help us after the sale and he already has assisted us by answering questions. Definitely pat him on the back and extend our appreciation to Tony!

My experience with Marietra volvo has been positive. Ken in service dept was very helpful, letting me know what I needed and how long service would take. I have a 2011 XC70.

The only negative part of experience was wait time getting someone on phone to schedule appointment. The wait time was 17 minutes.
