Dealership was ok. Service took long. Although I had a loner car. My car has other issues so I need to take it in again but it's out of warranty so now I am out of pocket $.

I met with John at the dealership and told him the vehicle I was looking for. John showed me both 2016 & 2017 Volvo XC60, explaining the difference in the two. During the test drive, John pulled off and showed me several features on the car. Phillip and John went out of their way to make my experience at the dealership positive. Phillip took the time to explain the financing options. The receptionist on Friday night was very inviting and kind. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
