Brought my XC60 in for 30k inspection - Pete noticed that the car was seriously out of alignment and the front tires had worn to the steel. I was leaving in two days to take my 81 year old mom to Florida, so thankful I did not risk a blowout with her in the car in rural Georgia. I was given a loaner and picked up the car the next day. Everything was fixed and ready to go.
