Had a check engine light come on, and once I got an appointment and took the car in it was diagnosed and corrected in an hour(bad fuel sensor). However, the car did not get washed.

The service rep was good but the car wash is still broken and it seemed like it was a major inconvenience to have my car washed. It was awkward. I was at the repair shop two months ago and it was broken then too. It's not a big deal but the dealership really has a clientele that expects certain accommodations for the price paid for these vehicles.

Todd, the Service Advisor who has worked with me for several years, is excellent. I also met the gentleman who worked on the car and both of them gave really good advice about what may be needed as the mileage (now 105,000) adds up on the car; what symptoms to be aware of regarding breather box and motor mount problems.

Great place to bring our car (that we purchased there CX60 2015.5) for service. We drive out of our way to go to this service center. Grant in the bodyshop area was very helpful and completely professional.

Grant is always personable and provides great customer service. We were given a ride from and back to the facility when our vehicle was ready after repairs. Our driver was very pleasant.

The people that helped me, Tommy Fain and John Vena, did a great job of working with me and working together. I also liked being in small showroom/dealership. Of course, I really enjoy my new car, the XC90. It was a great experience.
