The staff is always so polite, knowledgeable and accommodating! The wait for an oil change this time was very quick. During my initial visit to the website for scheduling there was a glitch in the system so my day had to be rescheduled. I had made several changes in my own schedule for this particular day so I wasn't very happy with the change, but in the end, it all worked out! I have a 2007 Volvo S80.
