I took my car in for a scraping noise coming from the rear wheels. I suspected it was a brake issue. Upon inspection by the technician, the rear brakes needed to replaced along with the rotor due to the scraping. I waited at the repairs were done in about three hours. The staff were pleasant and quick to turn it around on such short notice. The issue is not the quality of the repair or the pleasant staff, although that is important. The issue here was that the previous service that I have performed every 7,500 miles did not reveal low rear brake pads. If they had, I could have saved several hundred dollars by not replacing the rotors. To add insult to injury, while I waited for the repairs to be performed, I decided to get some work done on my laptop. I set the laptop on the bar and plugged it in. I was able to connect to Wi-Fi, but it was extremely slow. After trying for about an hour, I decided to call it quits as my frustration with the slow speed increased. I was also frustrated with the seating they had for the bar. Stools were provided, but they were so low that I literally had to reach up from the stool to reach the keyboard. The current stools need to be replaced with bar stools and the Wi-Fi server needs to be upgraded in order for those customers who choose to or have to wait to have a truly pleasant experience.

I located my vehicle through the SwedeSpeed form site. With this I contacted Denton Gupton, his posting on the site. This was an out of state purchase with the majority of the communication via emails. I must say the transaction and overall experience was a breeze. Having to fly in to Atlanta, I was greeted at the airport by Billy. Arriving at the dealership I finally met Denton. My paperwork was all in order and the S60 Polestar was prepped (full tank of gas) and ready. We went over the vehicle features with Denton explaining what I needed to do in order to get connected to Volvo's Sensus website. Again, in summary a very pleasant experience.
