I have a 2015.5 Volvo C60 and came in for my first service. Ken in the service department was great about getting me in and even took the time to show me some features my car had that I didn't know about or how to get to them in the system. He gave me his card in case I had any more questions. The service was completed in a timely manner.

Overall, experience was good. This was my first service with my new XC90. Arrival is confusing. Once out of my car, I wasn't greeted and didn't know where to go. Picking up my car, I also didn't know if I should report to my advisor or just go to the checkout desk. Car wash was out of order, which to me, is disappointing. Service advisor Grant was thorough and the service I needed was completed to my satisfaction.

Facility is clean and bright, waiting room is comfortable and well-stocked. All personnel with whom I had contact were friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Bottom line, I actually didn't mind taking my XC60 in for servicing!
