Salesperson Tommy was very helpful throughout the whole process. Didn't appreciate the fact we couldn't complete purchase process same day due to county tax issue on trade-in, had to return to dealership the next day. Also, had to return to dealership after purchase was complete to redo finance information because original bank didn't accept terms. Understand that both issues were not the fault of the dealership but in at least the former issue, a little trust could be extended when purchasing a $70000 vehicle and they already have all my information. Just didn't appreciate the inconvenience.

Tony was extremely knowledgable. Was able to easily explain product differences and packages. Was respectful that we were in a hurry so worked hard to get us out ASAP while providing top notch service. I'll buying from him again!!

Ken was my service representative. He was professional, pleasant and explained everything in detail. I actually called on a Saturday morning and Ken's response was head and shoulders above the response I got from another Volvo service department and has resulted in my shifting my business away from the closer to dealership to Volvo of Marietta. It was by far the most pleasant service experience I've had in a long time. Kudos to Ken!!
