She was very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and a breeze to work with. The encounter with her and this dealership was not at all the typical drag that it usually is purchasing a vehicle. At this point we really didn't know what vehicle we would purchase, but she impressed us along with the vehicle! I truly enjoyed my car buying experience. Everyone was friendly and actually. Alexandria was amazing and her enthusiasm spilled over into our interactions. I loved that she was as excited as me!

We were looking at several vehicles, and purchased a Volvo XC40 at Volvo Cars Rochester because 1) we really loved the vehicle compared to the others we tested and 2) our experience was phenomenal at this dealership. From the start, Dennis W easily gained our trust, helping us to think through the trim/features that were really important to us. Dennis was also informative, personable, charming and went above and beyond to find us the exact vehicle we wanted. We were able to take possession of the car the week of my birthday, and we got to the dealership to see our car with a big bow on top. Dennis took a great amount of time to walk through all of the bells and whistles, and some lovely accessories as a gift. Joe the finance/contract person was also great, clearly explained the process. We never felt like we were in a high pressure sales scenario. We highly recommend this dealership and specifically Dennis - he made the car buying process enjoyable.
