The gentleman was so sweet he even brought my dog treats.

This was not supposed to be a Maintenance request. It was about someone parking in my parking stall on Mother’s Day and there was nobody available to instruct the tow company to tow this car out my parking spot on Mother’s Day when I got off work at four in the morning.. the tow company even called the number you have provided and couldn’t get in touch with you guys so that’s why my rating is one I would give zero if I was able to because that’s something that should’ve been taken care of off hours or have some kind of security around to where they can authorize to have it towed, especially where there’s nowhere to park and people have two and three vehicles taken up all the spots so yeah, it’s a problem and yet stuff is only been so-called taken care of during business hours when the leasing office is operable, but yet everything happens when you guys are not here when people are just parking wherever and anywhere so where I had to park in a red zone and had to get up super early to move my car in hopes that these people move their car which they did not
