Alejandra was amazing & we are very grateful for her. She makes sure to communicate everything she is doing, completes as much as she can, and is affirming. She goes above and beyond. She is knowledgeable and works hard, you can tell. When she couldn't do the service requests because she couldn't access our unit, she made sure to text and check in. That is the first time that has happened and it was helpful to have that communication.

It seems I've had quite a few issues in my apartment. However, they have been handled in a reasonable and timely manner. The staff has been very understanding and helpful.I appreciate the service.

Moving is stressful but the people made it easier
