The light was replaced but now it’s a different shade than the other overhead one. It also took a few days for someone to come fix it after the request.

No urgency to complete the service request. Also did not fix the things that I needed fixed.

The ,service and the person that came to do the job vary fast on getting to the point and did a vary nice work .always respectfull kind and hands into it .took care of the problem 123 and that's it .thanks .hope we get this kind of people to handle our plumbing work or any task .

The maintenance guy was nice, but unfortunately the problem was fixed temporarily. I still have the same issue. My Kitchen/dining outlet is out.

The garbage area is a problem and the there is a need for a stop light at the entrance of the apartment due to high traffic in our area. Lastly the front yard area of my unit is not cleaned as often as in the past. The shrubs and grass were cut down but not maintained giving a not so appealing look.

The Maintenance guys did very well; they fixed quickly, replaced what wasn't working, and recommended the steps needed to address what they couldn't fix to be replaced. Thank you.
