As requested, the maintenance person knocked on my door before entering. They came with tools. They replaced the plug outlet as ordered. They did not make a mess. The new one works.

The service was completed quickly and we are happy to have our new appliance. Maintenance is always a pleasure to see because you know they’re gonna make sure everything is taken care of.
