It took a while for them to come the first time. Then they left a huge hole in the wall with mold and mildew present. A month later, they came back, instead of cleaning the mold and mildew, they just covered it and plastered over the hole.

The request was simple: fix the tub faucet handle. These wear out over time.The maintenance person showed up the next day. They knocked first. Brought parts. Twenty minutes and it was done.Perfect!

I’m sick. My inhome person answered the door.The light has been out for awhile.He’s use to both lights not working. He invited the porter to check it. He told him he didn’t see anything wrong. One of the two lights have been out for quite a while. I’ve waiting patiently for months and then he comes and doesn’t replace it.

Maintenance has not addressed my issue. Taking longer than it should to get to the bottom of my maintenance request.

My experience from day one has been disappointing. The issues that were obvious day one are still issues today, almost six months later
