My experience from day one has been disappointing. The issues that were obvious day one are still issues today, almost six months later

Lock out unit over night do two equipment failer

The exterminator came in.. sprayed all over the floor.. we had to mop after he left.. he just basically spray everywhere.. he had to spray some Orkin ourselves! We waited over a month for this exterminator and he came into our apartment and our floors with that bug spray! He didn't want to come here! Our experience was horrible.. just HORRIBLE!

Maintenance didn’t have all they needed to finish the order had to come back the next day !

My storage door has been fixed and is now secure.

I received great customer service for my maintenance req

The fixed looks like was temporary, after one or two days the licking started again and this time the frizzer is ice free and more space behind as recommended by the technician. Looks like the fridge is at the end of the life span.

From the time I arrived at the office of The Vue 3600, Ms Gina has been great. She very engaging and very professional. Alejandra has also been very helpful along with all maintenance workers.As with any move-in there will be some issues but everyone has made themselves available toassist. It feels like home.I'm looking forward togetting settled andenjoying all the wonderfulamenities available to us.Thank you Gina & the Vue staff.
