Alejandra was the first person to come after calling the call Center for 2 days. She was empatheic and very caring..she was here for almost 2 hours working on my sink. When she left I was extremely please with her work. This building needs more employees like her and Gena the manager

I’m very disappointed with the way I’ve been treated and devalued. I pay all of my bills on time. There’s so many things going wrong with my apartment. Water has rained down from the ceiling in my bathroom three times. The same thing just happened in my kitchen three days ago. My kitchen appliances were water logged. My floor mates ruined. My bathroom towels were used to get the water up. Still three days later I’m suffering from this. No one from management has talked to me about this latest problem

Intruder alarm was beeping every 15 secs for several days. Maintenance changed the battery however the unit started beeping again. I texted the office a couple of more times and nothing happened. I had a private security company come out and disengage the unit. They said it was not operable.

Alejandra was great. The response to the maintence request was quick and also provided great service.Alejandra also went above and beyond by ensuring that she ordered the parts as promise to complete the service request still within in a timely matter. Super happy, grateful and satisfied.
