Alejandra was great. The response to the maintence request was quick and also provided great service.Alejandra also went above and beyond by ensuring that she ordered the parts as promise to complete the service request still within in a timely matter. Super happy, grateful and satisfied.

The request was taking care

The room is very good , but i need access to pool , laundry and gym becuase I don'nt have access yet , i wonder if you could help me with that.

The maintenance seems great fast response. Alejandra was very respectful great personality and get out what she does.

The service in my opinion should meet the same standards as bill collecting.
