I talked to Erika first on the phone and I immediately first comfortable. When I walked in Jeff met me and introduced himself. He made conducting my business very easy. Larry was hands on in teaching and showing me things regarding my new car. He made sure I understood the basic things on my car. My overall experience was a very pleasant and relaxing one. I got the vehicle I wanted and is very HAPPY.
