Like the dealer ship

Just the atmosphere of the dealership and the way they conduct business was on point. They where not pushy and you can tell they are serious about wanting your business. They offered the highest trade in value that was within the blue book value. As I stated before everyone was very professional and made the process of purchasing a car very easy. Once I made the decision we did everything by phone and email and all I had to do was go in and sign paperwork and I was out of there in within 45 minutes.From the Salesman, William Stephens to the Finance Manager and the General Manager they all collectively made the buying process so easy. They were all very nice and professional. I let them know I was in the market for a car, not ready to buy just yet but was testing all the cars on my list. They understood and did not pressure me and I really did like that. The offer for my car was within the trade in value and I appreciated that. That and the willingness to work with me to get me in a car is what sold me.

2 hours for an oil change.

The staff is so kind and they really do all they can to get you in to a car.

The service department did everything they could do to fix my vehicle, but it seems that the problem is with Mitsubishi connect. I am currently going through them, trying to resolve the problem I have with my iPhone, connecting to my cars sound system. And also for my remote services to work because they are not working and haven't for about 2 1/2 months.The service manager is so helpful and makes me feel very welcome to their shop.

The service was excellent the workers were superb Mitsubishi have very good people I like coming there and I will continue to do business with them as long as I'm in that Mitsubishi car thank you thank you thank you
