My interaction with my dental hygienist was suboptimal. She didn’t say good morning or introduce herself. Then she took my blood pressure which was 141/101. I tried informing her that this was not accurate, because my BP is never that high, she ignored my concerns.

Was called immediately

I had an appointment at 10a. I was left waiting for maybe 20 mins. Then to be told to have a seat back in waiting room for an hygienist. Then receptionist calls me up to inform me , I will not be seeing an hygienist & I had to make a return appt for my cleaning. I would have preferably been told this before I waited total of 1hr and 20 mins to not get my teeth cleaned. Also, the receptionist conversation to hygienist was in regards to me & not professional.

The staff is nice . The doctor isn’t really engaging I had to get a filling replaced that came out . I told the tech she didn’t file it down enough but she said it felt like that because I was numb . That wasn’t the case . The tech that filed the tooth down for the second time didn’t seem toKnow what she was doing . I won’t be back !

Upon arrival we were told we no longer have insurance. Examined a tooth and was told needed a crown for $2200. Without our insurance for a 10 minute visit was charged $180.. got a second opinion which stated I didn’t need a crown at this time. Don’t appreciate seeing a new dentist every other time I walk in the door.. my wife had a even worse experience with the dentist told her she needed four front teeth capped when she went in there with a chipped tooth that was $6000.
