See my previous comments. I do not trust this dealer at all. They have what appears to be totally untrained people (usually a woman) acting as Service Advisors who seem to have no idea what they are doing.There was no coffee & when I informed the main desk there was no move to get any.I filled in the Yes circle for wi-fi, based on the assumption that they do hvae wifi.My initial service advisor who met me outside seemed to have no idea what she was doing. When I showed her the maintenance specified in the owner's manual she seemed confused and said something like "we don't do that"!! After that a 2nd Advisor basically took over and seemed more familiar. However, as I previouly stated this 2nd Advisor tried (incorrectly) to convince me that I did not have any fee maintenance left and siad my Mirage did not have an ATF dipstick (I told her I did and she later corrected herself)The dealer provided me with a link to a very short video of the technician working on my car. It literally showed nothing except the underside of my Mirage, I would have liked to see the condition of the front and rear brakes with the wheels off (the tires were being rotated). The condition of the engine components (belts,hoses) as well as the steering & suspension inspections/condition.It is very strange that Wallace Imports lists the oil change as "Oil and Filter Change Non Brand Specific". When I asked if they were using Mitsubishi OEM filters & oil they said yes they are. I then asked why are you calling it "non brand specific" instead of Mitsubishi Oil and Mitsubishi Filter I was told something along the lines of that is just what they use. The other small annoyance is the 3-color Multi-Point Inspection Form which used Red/Yellow/Green. Every time they have used a non-color printer - can the dealer not afford a color printer/color ink?
