Again, the lady in service has always been kind and helpful. She’s one of the good ones and none of this is her fault. Even the service worker with videos explaining the problems is great. But we had too many issues with the 2022 Outlander to keep it. Maybe I should have read my extended warranty policy a little closer… but when you buy something like that through the dealership… I know it’s still third party… I still expect it to cover seatbelts. Not a chance in the world was I going to pay that much money to fix something so basic.
