Long wait time even with alot. 3 hours not acceptableDash was never reset to show oil change was completeI purchased a extended warrenty. Just to be told a simple thing like fuel for is not coveted. Then to be told to open truck and use emergent cord to open fuel door. What a sucky place.

Same issue, I was led to believe I wag getting internet pricing when I wasn'tWhen I purchased the vehicle, I said I would agree to the deal if I was given a Mitsubishi hat. I was assured over and over again I would get my hat. After signing, I was told "we don't have any hats". Since then, I have called asking when I can get my hat. I've been told I will get a hat and that they had ordered one for me, it has been two weeks now since I last heard from them; and my salesperson didn't return my most recent call.I was promised a hat with the deal I signed, even if it seems insignificant, I believe Mitsubishi should live up to the promises made by their salesperson. It can quickly make a customer like myself wonder if they will live up to their other promises about the car. Other dealers have had no issue giving me a hat when a deal was made, so I'm not sure why it is being such a problem now. That is the one thing that I've been very disappointed withThere was some miscommunication about the price. While I'm fine with the price I got in the end, I was led to believe I was getting the internet pricing, when in reality I was paying more than internet pricing.They were friendly and willing to work with me, and i think they sell a good product

Tori on the service desk was amazing she was always relaying information about my vehicle, was very informative about the area and local restaurants, and if she was busy the others were nice and would answer all my questionsThe waiting area was very nice with comfortable chairs, snacks, and vending machines. The staff members were very informative, as soon as they got info. from the technician they would find you and relay that information
