My service was performed 1 week prior to the date specified in the report. Data entry errors can effect warranty.Pleasant waiting room, although I did not spend much time there because the service was so quick.

I had to practically beg Chevrolet to wash the dang truck and put some tire shine on it when I just bought it for 65k, and when I drove away the fuel light came on. When I bought my outlander at wallace Mitsubishi, I came out of the finance office to a freshly washed car, a FULL tank of gas, and tire shine. Talk about courtesy and respect. Love the guys over there.The world has changed. I don't need a car salesman to lie to me and trap me into a deal somehow. I need them to understand that I show up knowing as much about the vehicle as they do. So I'm there because I picked them over everything else and just need to see the car in person and give it a test drive. Wallace Mitsubishi was perfect in this aspect, they didn't coddle me, they didn't lie, they were upfront about their pricing and if they could work out a deal or not without running to the manager to double check, the salesman knew his business and took obvious ownership over the brand, the specific vehicle he was selling me, and even convinced me to go up a model from the SE to the Trail Edition with a roof rack because I actually trusted him all the way through the process.

The waiting room no longer has daily newspaper available to read and some of the magazines were old. The waiting room seems to be designed for tech use only like smart phone, tablet, etc., but if you want to read the latest edition of the daily paper, you're out of luck. In the grand scheme of things that is not a big deal.Wallace always seems to do good work as I haven't had a problem so far. The customer service team keeps you updated. My only concern I guess is that some of their work rates & fees seem to be higher than some other places.

I did not have an appointment but my maintenance follow up only took about an hour's wait. They even vacuumed my car as a courtesy.

Loved that they provided snacks and bottled water for the customers.Very professional and friendly.
