She had to refer me to another person for a question about my wiper settings. He really didn’t seem to know the answer. He was just trying different things that did not workMy auto lights weee turned off. I always keep that on and it was checked that the front mats were vacuumed. They were not. I did it when I got homeBecause not all places are perfect for everyone
