In the waiting area it I miss the high top chairs and table to put reading materials on in front of you, like the White Bear Mitsubishi has....efficient system

The staff is wonderful and the facility is clean!Simon was amazing. He welcomed us right away. He checked us in, then my 3 kids and me sat in the lounge where I enjoyed a coffee and they got a water while we waited. Simon came out and checked on us mid through. When it was done he came and got us, answered any questions I had and said our good byes. Would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was supposed to be there for an hour but ended up waiting for 2.5 hrs. CrazyYes at check point, multi point inspection should be communicated on time to allow customer make decision to move on with needed repairs as needed.Communication is key , don’t let me sit on your lobby for 2.5 hours without any update regarding my vehicle.

Aside from being a long time friend of my family, he is patient, pays attention to detail, listens - then responds. A credit to his profession. While working with me, he took the extra 10 seconds to make sure everyone on the lot was being cared for. His team was an extension of his work ethic. Truly a pleasure doing business with him and his staff!!
