They went over using the app starting the car and told us we would have to buy the subscription at this time , again neither of us was happy about thisWe like the car ,but undecided if I would purchase another car there at this time or thus brand again , this it our first outlander and will nee to see how well it does in the long term ,we had pleasant experience until we found out about the year model difference , the key fob , the app you have to pay for , no spare tire included .He was nice, courteous ,while we were there answered questions as wellThe website was ok for what i needed to look forWe were longer than anticipated signing the papers and finishing the deal , rather aggravating and that's when we found out the year model difference .

They were very sincere and went out of their way to help us find the vehicle we needed salesman was Andrew. Very good guy

I would recommend Bruce Walters to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. The service department is amazing and always there to help with any needs.I love my Mitsubishi and never have any problems. It is also good on gas and the people at Bruce Walters are very friendly and helpful. They send out e-mails letting me know it time for my regular maintenance to always help me keep my vehicle in excellent condition.

There is never internet service inside the waiting area. You have to walk outside for cell service. There is an option for WiFi but it has never worked every time I have been there for service. Also, there were not enough chairs for the customers that were waiting.I was offered services that they suggested, which I appreciate but I felt were unnecessary or extremely overpriced.Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Warranty’s are good.
